Maintain a consistent brand voice across different formats and contexts, balancing authority, warmth and the brand's values, whether announcing a product launch or apologising for a delayed delivery.

I wrote copy specific to each channel while keeping Neal's Yard's personality intact. Press releases balanced credibility with accessibility, product descriptions wove sensory detail with ingredient provenance and social copy stayed conversational.
